Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

  • Sunbed use is strictly limited to persons aged 18 and over.

  • Valid photo ID may be requested.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if age cannot be verified.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

​

Sunbed use carries health risks, including skin damage and increased risk of skin cancer.

You must not use sunbeds if you:

  • Are under 18

  • Are pregnant

  • Have a history of skin cancer or melanoma

  • Have very fair or sensitive skin that burns easily

  • Are taking medication that increases photosensitivity

  • Have any medical condition advised against UV exposure

Clients are responsible for informing staff of any medical conditions or medications prior to use.

​

By using our sunbeds, you confirm that:

  • You understand the risks associated with UV exposure

  • You have read and followed all safety guidance

  • You are using the equipment at your own risk

3. Walk-In Service Only

​

  • Tan Luxe Studios Ltd operates on a walk-in basis only.

  • No appointments or bookings are available or accepted.

  • Wait times may vary depending on demand.

​

4. Courses & Pre-Paid Minutes

​

We offer pre-paid tanning courses of:

  • 30 minutes

  • 60 minutes

  • 100 minutes

  • 120 minutes

​

Usage:

  • Minutes can be used over multiple visits

  • Minutes are deducted based on actual usage

  • Courses are non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser only

Refunds:

  • Pre-paid courses are non-refundable, whether partially used or unused​

5. Sunbed Usage Rules

​

  • Maximum exposure times must be followed at all times

  • Protective eyewear must be worn (provided or personal)

  • Clients must follow staff instructions regarding exposure duration

  • Misuse of equipment may result in refusal of future service

  • We reserve the right to limit session length for safety reasons.

6. Right to Refuse Service

​

Tan Luxe Studios Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Fails to comply with safety guidance

  • Appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Behaves abusively or inappropriately

  • Provides false or incomplete health information

7. Liability

​

Clients use sunbeds entirely at their own risk

  • Tan Luxe Studios Ltd is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions or misuse of equipment

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded

8. Studio Rules & Property

​

  • Clients may be held responsible for intentional damage to equipment or property

  • Mobile phones and valuables are brought in at the client’s own risk

​​

9. Changes to Terms

​

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time

  • The latest version will always be available in-studio and on our website
